PRESIDENT
David White
David White is a Co-Founder and the President of White and Whitney Consulting. After graduating from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, David got his career started in the industry as a General Contractor, where he gained invaluable experience managing all aspects of the construction process both on-site and in the office. From there, David went on to work on the consulting side of the industry, building up a very reputable client base of top Landlords and Tenants in the market, completing multiple years with oversight in more than $100 million of development. His diverse skillset includes full-building repositioning projects, the development of new amenity spaces, capital upgrades, and turnkey tenant fit-outs.
David grew up in Chantilly, VA, and currently resides in Washington, D.C. He enjoys attending games for the Washington Nationals and Washington Capitals, trying new restaurants, and has been known to say that “there is no such thing as ‘too much’ golf.”

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
RICHARD WHITNEY
Richard specializes in all aspects of the construction management process from concept/budget to completion, including tenant build-out, capital improvements, infrastructure and asset repositioning. Having 20+ years experience in the DC region, he has a rare skillset that includes, Design, General Contracting and Project Management. He also has extensive knowledge of Federal projects and their very particular processes, managing almost a million RSF of General Services Administration (GSA) work.

Richard began his career in the construction industry in 2000. Before Co-Founding White and Whitney Consulting, LLC he has served in a variety of roles including Architect, Contractor, Project Manager and Project Executive. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Project and Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield, Vice President of Construction at Jones Lang LaSalle and Assistant Vice President of Construction at Spaulding & Slye.

Richard grew up on Cranberry Lake in Byram, a small town in (very) North New Jersey before heading South to Virginia Tech where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He now resides in Arlington, VA with his wife of 14 years, 4 kids and dog, Penny. When not working, Richard enjoys coaching his kids and “Uber-ing” them to their daily sports and activities (while currently holding a 5 star rating that he is extremely proud of).

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Tyler Daley
Tyler Daley is a Senior Project Manager for White and Whitney Consulting. Following graduation from Virginia Tech with a BS in Construction Engineering and Management, he started his career in the industry working for a general contractor and quickly gained new roles and responsibilities. Tyler has managed all aspects of construction projects, up to 1.8M SF in size. He has experience working for clients in the greater Washington DC area across a wide variety of market sectors including Ground Up Office Buildings, Office Interiors, Health Care, and Repositionings.
Tyler grew up in Ashburn, VA and currently resides in Washington D.C. When not at work Tyler can be found swinging golf clubs or a hockey stick.
