PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the existing Main Lobby at 555 11th Street NW (including storefront upgrades) and Fitness Center in a 90% occupied building. 

  • Subsequent projects included the oversight of a 240,000 RSF occupied renovation for Latham & Watkins, replacement of the building’s Cooling Towers, more than 40,000 RSF of Spec Suites, numerous turnkey build outs, and common area upgrades. 

 

ROLE / INVOLVEMENT

  • Landlord’s Construction Manager - Responsible for managing the design team, bidding to general contractors, and overseeing the construction, budget, schedule, and project closeout.
