PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Full building renovation, consisting of a brand-new curtainwall, the addition of 4 stories to the old 2000 L Street NW building, combining 2000 L Street NW and 2001 K Street NW together via common atrium and mezzanine walkway, and the addition of a roof deck/ conference center. 

• Subsequent projects included the oversight of more than 500,000 RSF of tenant and retail spaces (including Akin Gump, Clifford Chance, and Bates White), construction of more than 30,000 SF of Spec Suites, and numerous common area upgrades. 

 

ROLE / INVOLVEMENT

• Landlord’s Construction Consultant/ Tenant Lease Oversight - Responsible for tracking Landlord’s lease deliverables for incoming tenants as it related to the base-building renovation project

• Oversight of tenant-run construction, and direct management of Spec Suites/ common areas/ other turnkey projects and capital upgrades.
